"An acid-soaked, tear out of a set from Boddika. His dubs just keep reducing us to tears. Clearly this stuff isn’t safe for work. We don’t take any responsibility for injuries as a result of spilling hot drinks. You’ve been warned."

If you listen to one mix this month make it Boddika in session for the Boiler Room. If you have a look on their website this exclusive London based night has got a wealth of artists in session smarter than your average bear and this mix is no exception. As a 7th Jaffa cake in your 6 pack Jaffa cake mini-pod bonus, the first half of the mix is hosted by none other than Manchester super-MC CHUNKY representing Manchester in the sunny south.

Boddika

One half of Instra:mental. Boddika has been making music for a long time now to the highest grade available. More recently though he has been dropping some absolutely crazy dancefloor fillers on a solo tip. With the Boddika's house/Syn chron release on NakedLunch you hear him flex his 4 to the floor snappy drum driven grooves to get those head nodders moving.
That being his only release to date means this is only the tip of what looks like a massive ice berg. Loefah, Oneman, Bok Bok & Pearson sound all have so many unreleased tunes by him its scary. This is another space to watch for 2011 with forthcoming releases on Nonplus Recordings "When I Dip" & Swamp81 008 "Underground/Electron."
